What is ShockedWatches?
ShockedWatches creates custom built watches using genuine Casio models that are modified in our own Shocked style. We sell ready made builds and also offer custom commissions.
Are the watches original Casio watches?
Yes. Every watch starts as a genuine Casio watch. We do not use replicas, copies, or substitute parts that affect the core watch.
What is the difference between builds and commissions?
Builds are ready to buy customised watches made by us. Commissions are custom builds made to order based on your preferences.
Can you supply the watch for a commission?
Yes. You can choose a commission where we supply a brand new Casio watch and customise it for you.
Can I send my own watch to be customised?
Yes. If you already own a compatible Casio watch, you can send it to us and we will customise it in the Shocked style.
How long does a commission take?
Build times vary depending on the request. We confirm the estimated timeline with you before starting any custom work.
Are these watches suitable for kids?
Yes. Many Casio models are popular with kids and teens. We keep the process simple and clear so parents can order with confidence.
Do you offer returns on custom watches?
Ready made builds follow our standard returns policy. Custom commissions may have different return conditions due to their personalised nature.

What are the payment options available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.
